The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, providing the best customer service and always going the extra mile to help us. The hotel's gorgeous furniture was beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we loved having complimentary water, soft drinks, and snacks. Fantastic value for money and we can't wait to stay again. We had an incredible time!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Venezia Resort. The rooms were new and impeccably clean, making us feel comfortable and at ease during our visit. The pool was fantastic, providing a refreshing escape from the Thai heat. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day off right. Although the location was a bit out of the way, transportation in Thailand was easily accessible and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and friendly atmosphere.

We stayed close to town and had easy access to some great restaurants. the airport was only a short drive away, which made our travel plans very easy. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

Spent a fantastic New Year at this hotel. Loved the delicious breakfast selection, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and crispy bacon. the spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the surrounding area. Loved the complimentary mini-bar too! the location was perfect, in a quiet area yet close enough to all the main attractions.

The pool was a bit crowded but nothing too terrible. the wifi signal was a bit weak in some areas but could still manage to get some work done in the lobby.

We had an amazing stay with great facilities, including two gyms and a wonderful pool with water jets and a waterfall. The restaurant served some of the best food we have tasted and the staff were all amazing, with a special shoutout to Andy who took care of us throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel was super clean and very child friendly, making it an ideal place for families.

I had a wonderful stay at a new, well-decorated hotel with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The European owner and his staff made me feel very welcome. Despite a minor inconvenience with the WiFi, I found the stay to be excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Buriram.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Buriram and were impressed with the excellent service provided by the friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean, with a soft and supportive bed. We also appreciated the variety of breakfast options, including both Thai and Western cuisine. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby attractions.

We experienced a few negative aspects during our stay. The hotel had limited parking, which made it difficult to find a spot for our vehicle.

My stay at this resort was wonderful! The bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable - perfect for my aging back. The bathroom was clean and functional, with no water flooding everywhere. The swimming pool was lovely and they even had unique Italian keepsakes. The breakfast was solid and the staff was friendly.

The only thing we didn't love was the bidet in the bathroom. It's just not something we're used to and didn't find it necessary.
